APPLICATION PROCESS:

  1. Send driver your custom bee-exposed link.
  2. Make sure you have the full app with all addresses and phone numbers. The app must have a 10-year work history.
  3. Release Link: Heartland sends releases to driver.
    Once status changes to “Need Releases” reach out to driver to check their email/ texts to sign releases, electronically.
  4. Drivers for Heartland will need to call in when their app status changes to “Call in
    Phone number for drivers: 800-441-4953.

We can no longer accept drivers that are coming from our own companies. We have made a business decision that we are not going to be transferring drivers from one company to the other. So, effective immediately, we cannot accept applications from drivers who are currently employed at these companies: CFI, Smith Transport, or Millis Transfer.

UPDATES/ CONCERNS: Our recruiters are extremely busy trying to get drivers approved and scheduled for orientation.

When a driver needs an update, they are free to call the recruiter at any time at 800-441-4953. However, recruiters are not advised to call, too, since it takes time and resources away from the actual applicants.
