Applicants that have:

  • 3 months current verifiable O.T.R. experience in a Class A combination vehicle within the last 1 year AND completed an accredited school, must have proof, OR reputable carrier training program, within the last 2 years OR
  • 1-year verifiable O.T.R. experience out of the last 3 years OR
  • Six (6) monthsof verifiable local experience or a combination of OTR/regional/local, in the past year and at any time completed an accredited school or carrier approved training program.

$1.05 + FSC for all loaded miles and $1.05 for all emplty miles plus a $750 monthly bonus for maintaining 2000 safe miles per week for OTR (does not apply to mentor program)

  • Permits and IFTA Trucks onboarding to the PAM Cartage Carrier fleet have to be a 2000 model year or newer & have to be able to pass an FMCSA annual inspection.
